You have the right to return the products you purchase, without financial burden and without having to inform us of the reason why you wish to return the products, within fourteen days from the date you receive them. In this case, you only bear the direct cost of returning the products.
Please note that returns are only accepted if:
1. Contact the Customer Service Department at 6998420595.
2. The product packaging has not been opened.
3. All the accompanying products such as the box and proof of purchase are returned, as all of the above are part of the product.
4. Send us the products by courier: ACS Courier. Please ensure that the packaging of the shipment is secure so that no damage is caused during transport. We inform you that the company is not responsible in case of loss or damage of the product during the transport of the return.
In case of product return, your refund will be completed within thirty days from the date of receipt of the products.
